Who We Are

How We Started

A discipleship relationship between Pastor Keith and then-Orlando Magic player and 10-year NBA veteran Andrew DeClercq grew into an outreach to Orlando's athletic community. As Magic teammates and other professional athletes responded to the Gospel, momentum began to build for a larger move of God. As the athletes began to reach out to their friends from the Orlando community, it became clear that God wanted to see a new church established. In July of 2005, Pastor Keith and Jennifer moved to Orlando and HighPoint Church was born.

Real Faith. Real Life.

HighPoint has become more than a church. It truly is a community of faith. Certainly, you'll love what you experience on a Sunday morning. Our goal for each Celebration Service is that each person would experience God in a tangible, impactful, and transformational way every time they attend. Our goal for our Discovery Kids and Adventure Youth is that Sunday morning would be the best hour of every child's week. But to us at HighPoint, Real Faith and Real Life extend beyond even the most incredible Sunday worship experience. Real Faith and Real Life are developed as we serve, pray, have fun, work, share, laugh, and build alongside one another as a community united by a love for Jesus Christ and a love for others.

Keith Tower

Senior Pastor

Keith Tower serves as Senior Pastor at HighPoint Church. Pastor Keith and his wife Jennifer first came to Orlando in 1993 to begin his 7-year professional basketball career with the NBA's Orlando Magic. During their 2 seasons with the Magic, they came to love and appreciate the community and its people. They've returned to Orlando, with daughters Carly and Chloe, to build a church that will impact the city. Keith and Jennifer are both graduates of the University of Notre Dame. Jennifer was Class President at Notre Dame for 2 years and was Treasurer of the NBA Wives Association. She loves being a mom and helping women become all God's called them to be. Keith holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Indiana University. He's traveled to over 30 countries on short-term mission trips and has lived on 4 different continents. His unique experiences provide the backdrop for the practical, relevant teaching you'll find at HighPoint Church.
